The format for all Rounded Minds™ programming is high-energy! Children experience the joy of learning new skills by “doing” and through fun activities, songs, and positive reinforcement. Our tumbling program allows young children to enhance their social skills and develop greater strength, flexibility, and coordination – along with a lifelong love of fitness. Classes are taught with a theme to catch the attention of the young gymnast and build skills through creative movement and music.  This will provide them the confidence to participate in active exercises, as they grow older, and at the same time, they will be learning Spanish. The entire Rounded Minds programs have a learning benefit while children are playing by giving them an introduction to the Spanish language.

Age 2-3: 5:30pm to 6pm

Age 4 to 6: 6pm to 7pm
