Event Details
We introduce children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using their feet, dribbling, passing, ball control, and shooting by using creative games, positive reinforcement, and even songs. Our philosophy is ONE CHILD ONE BALL. Fun drills and games where your child always has a ball in his/her feet. There are “no” competitive games. They will have hundreds of touches on the ball each class, that will help them to increase their ball control, accuracy. This program is perfect to introduce the sport to kids and give the skills to enjoy the game and be successful when they join a competitive team. Children will learn the basic rules of the game while practicing sportsmanship and teamwork. The curriculum is designed by Raul Cuñarro, founder of Rounded Minds™, Professional Soccer coach from Spain, currently working at Des Moines Menace. The Rounded Minds program has a learning benefit while children are playing by giving them an introduction to the Spanish language, providing a good edge for success in their academic future.
