The format for all Rounded Minds™ programming is high-energy! Children experience the joy of learning new skills by “doing” and through FUN games, songs, and positive reinforcement. Our philosophy is ONE CHILD ONE BALL. Because it is a natural feature of normal child development to be “selfish” at this age. Early motor learning requires lots of repetitive action, and this doesn’t happen when your child plays on a team and only touches the ball once every 5 minutes. This will provide them the confidence to participate in competitive sports as they grow older. Our unique programming focuses on building strong bodies and minds simultaneously along with the benefits of learning Spanish. They will play and at the same time LEARN SPANISH VOCABULARY !!
Your child can learn and practice the fundamentals of soccer, such as using their feet, dribbling, passing, ball control, and shooting. This program prepares children for organized Sports without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt. The curriculum is designed by Raul Cuñarro, founder of Rounded Minds™, Professional Soccer coach from Spain, currently working at Des Moines Menace.
